By accessing Broke2Alpha, subscribing to our newsletter, watching our videos, or interacting with our content in any way, you are legally bound by the terms detailed below. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must exit this platform immediately.
01. Educational Purposes ONLY (Not Financial Advice)
Broke2Alpha is strictly an educational and informational platform. We are NOT registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Advisor (RIA), Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager, or Broker-Dealer.
Nothing published on this website, in our newsletters, on our YouTube channel, or across our social media platforms constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not provide personalized portfolio recommendations. Any mention of specific assets, stocks, cryptocurrencies, or market trends is strictly for illustrative purposes and case studies to explain broader macro-economic concepts.
02. The 90/10 Rule: Mindset vs. Mechanics
Broke2Alpha is approximately 90% about mindset, macro-economics, and understanding the system, and only 10% about specific investment vehicles.
Our goal is to teach you how "The Grid" is architected—how inflation works, how central banking decisions impact the working class, and how AI is restructuring human capital. We teach you how to *think* about positioning yourself in the new economy. We do not teach you *what* to buy. Your capital is your responsibility.
03. Indian Regulatory Compliance & Exclusions
We operate entirely within the legal frameworks of India. As such, the following applies:
- No Solicitation: We do not solicit investments for any fund, scheme, or unlisted entity.
- No Fiduciary Duty: Your consumption of our content does not create an advisor-client relationship. You are solely responsible for executing your own trades and managing your own risk.
- Data Privacy: We will never ask for your Permanent Account Number (PAN), Aadhaar card details, Demat account login, Bank account details, or any other sensitive financial credentials.
04. Crypto, VDAs, and High-Risk Assets
Our thesis on "The Grid" includes discussions on programmable capital and decentralization. However, it is imperative to understand the legal reality of these assets in India:
- Cryptocurrencies and Virtual Digital Assets (VDAs) are currently unregulated in India and are not recognized as legal tender by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
- Trading in VDAs carries an extreme risk of capital loss due to high volatility and lack of underlying legal protection.
- Under current Indian tax laws, profits from VDAs are taxed at a flat rate of 30%, with an additional 1% TDS on transactions, and losses cannot be set off against other income. You are solely responsible for your own tax compliance.
05. Limitation of Liability
You agree that Broke2Alpha, its founder(s), authors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this platform.
If you lose money in the markets, real estate, crypto, or any other venture after reading our content, that loss is entirely yours. We provide frameworks; you click the buttons. By using this site, you explicitly waive any right to bring legal action against us regarding your financial outcomes.
06. Intellectual Property
The concepts, writing, branding, and frameworks (including "The Grid", "SMEG", and "MNFP Nexus") published on this site are the intellectual property of Broke2Alpha. You may share our public articles by linking back to the original source, but you may not scrape, copy, plagiarize, or commercialize our content without explicit written permission.
07. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
