PRIVACY POLICY

How we handle your data in the new system. Transparent, clear, and uncompromising.

Last Updated: August 2026

Welcome to Broke2Alpha. We map out macro-economics, the transition to AI, programmable capital, and The Grid. What we don't do is harvest your personal life to sell to the highest bidder.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit broke2alpha.com, subscribe to our newsletter ("The Signal"), or interact with our content. By using our platform, you agree to the practices described below.

01. A Crucial Note on Financial Data

Broke2Alpha is purely an educational platform. We teach systems and architectures—we do not manage your money. Therefore:

  • We will never ask for your bank account details, personal identification numbers, or national identification credentials like Aadhar PAN Etc.
  • We will never ask for the private keys to your digital wallets or crypto assets.
  • We do not collect information about your specific investment portfolio balances.

If anyone claiming to represent Broke2Alpha asks you for this information, it is a scam. Do not engage.

02. Information We Actually Collect

To keep this platform running and to send you the insights you requested, we collect minimal data:

  • Directly Provided Data: Your name and email address when you subscribe to "The Signal" or contact us via our forms.
  • Usage & Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, device information, and pages visited. This helps us understand how the platform is used and where our readers are geographically coming from (a key metric when discussing global macro forces).

03. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To deliver "The Signal" newsletter and other educational content directly to your inbox.
  • To respond to your inquiries or customer support requests.
  • To analyze traffic patterns and improve the UI/UX of our website.
  • To protect the security and integrity of our platform against spam, bots, and bad actors.

04. Third-Party Infrastructure

Like the modern economy, we rely on established infrastructure layers. We do not sell your data, but we do share it with trusted third-party providers who help us operate:

  • Substack: We use Substack to manage our email list and deliver our newsletter. When you subscribe, your email is processed according to Substack's privacy policies.
  • Analytics: We use standard web analytics tools (like Google Analytics or independent alternatives) to measure traffic. These tools may use cookies to track your behavior on our site.

05. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies—small data files stored on your device—to remember your preferences (like your choice of Dark/Light mode) and to track aggregated usage data. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, some parts of our site may not function perfectly.

06. Your Sovereignty & Rights

Layer 07 of The Grid is Sovereignty. That applies to your data as well. You have the right to:

  • Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email we send.
  • Access & Deletion: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request that we delete it entirely from our active databases.

07. Changes to This Policy

Systems evolve, and so will this policy. If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, if necessary, notify our active subscribers via email.
