ENERGY — The Fuel
10×–100×Nothing above this layer works without power. Solar, nuclear (including small new-age reactors), wind, batteries, smart grids. This is the electricity behind every data centre, every AI model, and every machine above it.
COMPUTE — The Muscle
10×–100× · Robotics 1000×Power only matters once it's turned into processing. Chips (like Nvidia's), cloud servers, data centres — this is where electricity becomes intelligence. Robots that can work in the real world live here too, and that's the single biggest opportunity in the whole stack.
CODE — The Rules
100×–1000×Machines need instructions — that's code. Blockchains, smart contracts, AI models. This is where trust starts shifting away from banks and governments, toward systems anyone can check for themselves, out in the open.
CAPITAL — The Money
1000×When code touches money, money starts moving differently. Crypto, DeFi (lending and trading with no bank in between), stablecoins, tokenised assets — money now moves at internet speed. It's still a tiny slice of the world economy. Most of the growth hasn't happened yet.
DISTRIBUTION — The Reach
10×–100×The best idea in the world is worth nothing if nobody sees it. Social media, creators, communities, personal brands — this is how ideas, and money, actually spread. Attention has become the real currency.
DATA & INTELLIGENCE — The Brain
100×–1000×Reach creates data. Data trains AI. AI gets sharper, cheaper, and faster — automating work, predicting decisions, personalising everything it touches. This layer compounds quicker than any layer below it.
SOVEREIGNTY — Becoming Alpha
= ALPHAThis is the top — not a market, an outcome. It's what happens when you own your data, your money, your reach, and your intelligence, instead of renting them from someone else. Consumer → Participant → Sovereign Operator. Awareness becomes leverage. Leverage becomes freedom. This is Alpha.
Your place in this new economy won't come from working harder inside the old one. It'll come from how many of these layers you actually own.
The Objection
The Maths Nobody's Explaining
Fair question — if the old system is this broken, debt at record highs, deficits everywhere, isn't a crash coming?
Here's the honest answer: the old system isn't surviving because it's healthy. It's surviving because of one equation.
